ORGANIZATION

Circumstances of no longer being user of budget financing as well as loss of office space during bombing have greatly reduced activities of Federation of association of social workers of Serbia, which had an outcome of its complete cease to work.
Having in mind significance of existance of professional association, at initative of social workers, in Belgrade was held an founding Assambly of Association of social workers on 12.05.2005. in Center of social work of Belgrade, depratment municipality of Zvezdara. Meeting has declared a Statute and founded the bodies of Association.

All functions are performed without any material benefits.

President is Dragana Kovacevic, graduated social worker in AD "Politika",
Secretary is Milic Vasic, graduated social worker in Home for mentally challenged children in Sremcica,

Assambly: Assambly is made of all Association members present at Assambly, while working presidency as well as presiding member is elected at meeting.

Executive board has 9 members:
1. President of society, presiding meetings
2. Prof. Milorad Milovanović, Ph D, retired professor
3. Prof. Ana Čekerevac, Ph D, professor of Faculty of political sciences
4. Milka Kalaba, Ministry of labour and social policy
5. Miodrag Tasić, Center for elderly persons Belgrade
6. Dušan Tasić, Center for social work of Bujanovac municipality
7. Gordana Petronijević, Center for social work of city of Kragujevac
8. Janja Bartoš, Center for social work Backi Petrovac
9. Zoran Kocić, Center for social work municipality of Rakovica

Advisory board has 5 members:
